·We
dispense the Gospel of Jesus Christ as found in the bible by any and all means
as whatsoever character, publications, new papers, books, broadcasting,
television, telephone, wireless, conducting schools, classes, institutes,
clinics, lectures, camp, house parties, conference, missionary work, conducting
services, personal work, by word of mouth, by motion picture, films of all
types and other proper religious means of whatsoever character.
·We
transmit, propagate and communicate the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ to
students and other people in universities, colleges, schools and other academic
institutions, to churches and other congregations or assemblies or gatherings,
and to the public at large, by means of public meetings, lectures, television,
tele-recording, sound broadcasting, cinematograph, films, gramophone recording
and recitals and by any other system of sound or picture reproduction of
whatsoever nature; by pamphlets, leaflets, new sheets books, posters,
magazines, periodicals, advertising and all other literary matter calculated to
advance the objects set for the above and generally to spread the gospel of the
Lord Jesus Christ by all and any other means whatsoever.
· Weeducate and ordain ministers for the preaching of the gospel, performance of
church rites such as church services, baptism, marriages, burials etc.
·We
conduct religious services, meetings and assemblies.
·We
encourage evangelism, personal as well as in group meetings.
·We
help fulfill Christ’s great commission by multiplying disciples and developing
disciple – makers.
·We
organize and conduct evangelistic crusades for the preaching of the gospel.
·We
establish churches.
·We
conduct individual and group instruction.
·We
establish development projects and programmes i.e. crafts.
·We
devise ways and means of making the church self sustaining and self sufficient.
·We provide financial assistance and other support to the vulnerable in the community
such as school fees, clothing and medical care.
·Wepromote love, peace, humility, unity, respect and understanding among all true
Christian believers irrespective of the denominations.
·We
receive and administer gifts, offerings, grants and other contributions for the
work of relief, rehabilitation, reconstruction and development of the country.
·We collect, purchase, store, transport, deliver, distribute and donate all kinds
of items, supplies, equipment, materials and goods of all kinds for the use in
relief, rehabilitation, reconstruction and development, or the use in ancillary
activities which may in the church’s opinion be conveniently carried on in conjunction
with the aforementioned activities.
·We support, supply, administer, promote, assist and finance institutions,
organization, projects and programmes concerned with the propagation of the
gospel of Jesus Christ.
·We print and publish any pamphlets, articles, newspapers, periodicals, books or
leaflets that the church may think desirable for the promotion of its
objectives.
·We adopt such means of making known the activities and services of the church as
may seem expedient and in particular by circular, by advertising in the press,
on radio, television, cinema by purchase and exhibition of works or art interest,
by publication or brochures, books and periodicals and by granting prizes,
rewards, scholarship exhibitions and donations.
·We
receive donations subscriptions, legacies and gifts of all kinds for such
promotion of its objectives and to apply the same and all profits and income
derived there from and from any other sources of income for the objectives of
the company.
·We
employ experts, advisors, coordinators, administrators and others for the
objective aforesaid.
·We purchase, take on lease or in exchange, hire, receive as gifts or otherwise
acquire any immovable property and any rights of privileges whether directly or
indirectly necessary for the uses and purposes of the church.
·We borrow or raise money that may be required by the church upon such terms and
upon such security as may be deemed advisable.
·We invest the money of the church not immediately required in any one or more of
the modes of investments for the time being authorized by law for the
investment of trust moneys, and in such manner as may from time to time be
determined.
·We draw, make, accept, endorse, discount, execute and issue cheques, warrants,
debentures and other negotiable or transferable instruments.
·We sell, improve, manage, develop, exchange, lease, mortgage, dispose of, and turn
to account otherwise deal with all or any part of the property or rights of the
church.
·We procure the church to be registered or recognize in any other state and by an
foreign country or place.
